Shipping policy
Fish Sales
You must take delivery of, or collect, your Koi no later than two weeks from the date of the order. If after this time you have not collected or taken delivery of your Koi, you will be charged a £15.00 per week holding fee (per Koi). Please see our terms and conditions for more information. (For fish that we have agreed to hold over winter until a specified date, charges will apply once that date has passed).
Shipping
Delivery is overnight and scheduled to arrive by 1.00 pm the day after shipping. You must be in to accept delivery. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email asking if you are able to accept delivery of your Koi on a given day and, once agreed, tracking information will be sent to you the day before delivery. This service is available in England, Scotland and Wales mainland excluding some postcodes in England and Scotland where the option of delivery by 1.00 pm the day following shipping is not available. This includes the following areas and postcodes:
- Scotland: AB30-AB34, AB39, AB41-AB45, AB51-AB53, DD8-DD10, DG3-DG9, DG12-DG14, FK17, KA18-KA19, KA26, KA29-KA30, PH3-PH16, TD9 (0 only)
- Scottish Highlands
- All offshore Islands
- Wales: LL35-LL48
- Northern Ireland
We do not ship Koi outside of the British mainland.
Cost of delivery per order, regardless of number of fish ordered, is £29.95. The courier will make their best endeavour to deliver to you within the timeframe specified, however should an unforeseen delay occur, rest assured that your Koi will be packaged in such a way that they should be comfortable well beyond the scheduled delivery time.
Collection
If you are collecting, you will receive an email offering specific collection days and times.
Dry Goods Only
Delivery is by DPD to arrive the next working day after the order is placed, provided that the order is received by 1.00 pm and that stock is available. You will receive a notification regarding delivery from DPD once your goods are marked as dispatched. Cost: £9.95. Or free for Dry Goods orders over £50.
We do not ship goods to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles.
